peripheral neuropathy
how much alpha lipoic acid do you take each day to treat peripheral neuropathy . It was in Dr Rosedales diet book on page 139 I think but my book is in storage so could you please help me. Thanks Nancy

In my book, the only recommended dosages are on ages 156 and 158 --
The amount recommended are as follows:
pg 156: 200mg twice a day ( Diet Supplement Plan section )
pg 158: 300mg twice a day ( Diet Supplement Plan Plus section )
