and the hardest to burn.

What about MCT oil which is mostly saturated fat, yet other folks say is healthy and gets burned easily???

What is your feeling on MCT oil??? Would Macadamia nut oil (monounsaterated oil) be better???

I am confused on this.......

When beginning Dr. Rosedale's Diet, it is easier for the body to assimilate, mono-unsaturated fat as in olive oil, avocado oil, to name a couple. Once the body becomes adapted to burning a fat it is then easier for it to burn the more saturated fat.

While more expensive, MCT oil, a plant saturated fat, is used much more rapidly by the body.

Dr. Rosedale when he has more time, may give a more detailed view of the differences of fats. I personally use coconut oil as my main fat and olive oil as a second. There is saturated fat in my main protein (fish).

There may be others that can give you more scientific details of the different fats that view this site - would you mind if your question be made viewable to the public, your email address is always hidden and not seen by any that would read your post.

Maybe Dr. Rosedale can answer this in the new book he has been long working on! ;)
