sour cream. I am trying to avoid excessive protein and IGF-1
consumption (which I assume is present in yogurt and kefir). Is
IGF-1 only found in dairy proteins or would it also be present in
sour cream which is mostly fat?

Luke Eshlemantag:drrosedale.tenderapp.com,2010-09-16:Comment/419582452017-03-07T19:26:21Z2017-03-07T20:48:08ZIGF-1 and Dairy

I am not sure, and not able to corner Dr. Rosedale to ask him that question. Though i do know that if he has the choice he would always go for the sour cream over a greek yogurt for example. Though do keep an eye on your protein in take as you mentioned, it is amazing how quickly that jumps up with a few extra servings of sour cream!

Fiona
