Can I take fresh milk ?
Can I buy the supplements in Malaysia ?

    Milk not recommended    Coconut Milk info

    It is not known if recommended supplements are available in Malaysia - one would need to check themselves. We do not have a running list of suppliers. One could search on places like Amazon or iHerb.
