OK to substitute a green salad for Manna From Heaven Bread?
It appears that there is no longer anyone who sells Manna From Heaven Bread, and there are no recipes for it, either. I think it would be ok to have a green salad with dressing in place of the bread. Agree? And, if we can find a low carb bread, what should we look for in the nutritional information? Amount of carbs, amount of protein, etc....and what amounts should we look for? Thanks!!

Hi Emily,
Dr Rosedale recommend WASA Rye Crisp Bread which has very low carb. It may contains gluten and may leads to celiac disease. Do the Sensitive Test. Be mindful.

Thanks Alan,
I think that Wasa - Light Rye Crisp Bread has around 6g or 7g carbohydrates with about 2g fiber per slice.

Ken,
In Malaysia WASA Fine Rye Crisp Bread per slice (from label) has *4.3g* of
carb; fiber *2.9g*; and protein is *1.4g*.
