Hi my name is Jeff and I had a few questions for Dr. Rosedale.  I was reading in
his book and was wondering what type of eating plan he would suggest for someone
looking to add some muscle without having to increase the exercising a lot.  I
remember he said that by simply altering the things you eat there was a way to
decrease the fat and add muscle.  I look forward to hearing back and appreciate
such an insightful book.  THANKS!!! Jeff

    Hi Jeff,

Yes, the diet will help gain lean mass and bone. For example if you don't get enough protein then the body will take it from the muscle and bone. Following this diet will not gain you a miracle 6 pack but it will help considerably if you are coming from a high carbohydrate, high sugar diet.

    The Rosedale Team.
