Adjustment of protein requirement
I am a 73 year old female and having done your Protein Requirement Worksheet I require 80 grams of protein per day. Do I need to adjust that number because of age? Would I require less protein per day?

Catherine, somewhere around 50g - 55g of protein daily. This is a ball park suggestion to get you started.
