Protein Powder

Fiona, you mentioned that you all use protein powder when you travel, could you tell us what kind/brand of powder you use?

    • My all time fav is taking a bag of pecans, that way I get protein and some good fats   Do not eat too many at a time 8 to 10 pieces

    You might check into Coconut Milk be sure to read labels, check sugar content.. I personally have not used coconut milk.

    • You can sprinkle protein powder on a salad

    • I have stirred protein powder in iced water, however, if it gets warm, it gets yucky tasting.
