substitute for Manna from Heaven bread?

Hi,
Since the Manna from Heaven bread is no longer made at the Julian Bakery, is there an appropriate substitute you could recommend?

    First off, bread is not essential and it is not necessarily recommended, especially for a diabetic. However, some have checked in the below:

    Ezekiel Bread
