Dr. Rosedale regarding recommended protein "consumption of say 1g/kg of lean body mass" Are you referring to just lean body mass or does it also include skeletal body mass? The diff for a 160 lb. male like me is 1 oz. of protein vs. 3 oz. It is a very big diff. I am 24 lbs. Body fat and 36 lbs. lean body mass and 80 lbs. of skeletal body mass. Can you clarify this for me?

Also when you mention protein we should restrict do you mean animal based protein or does it include vegetable based protein and any form of protein?

Your presentation on nutrition, Cancer and aging just blew my socks off dr. Rosedale my own body had been trending me in the direction of higher fat and lesser protein and even lesser vegetables and zero starch and now I know to listen to it with caution but without fear and definitely pay more attention to it.
