Manna from Heaven Bread

My nutritionist recently suggested I begin to follow the Rosedale diet. I've just discovered that the suggested bread, Manna from Heaven, is no longer being made. What is an acceptable substitute, please?

    There really isn't any substitute to my knowledge, I do without myself.
