high bp and blockages in arteries
how to clear blocked arteries and lower high blood pressure, I have tried statins drugs ,i'm now on 4 bp meds.

Thank you for your email. Reading and following the lifestyle set forth in 'The Rosedale Diet' will be the best thing you can ever do for your blocked arteries and high blood pressure. If you have not read the book, I suggest it be the first step you take. Also there are several articles written by Dr Rosedale regarding statins and cholesterol that you can find at http://www.drrosedale.com/rosedale_writing.htm and read the report 'Cholesterol is NOT the cause of heart disease'. You can also read many of the testimonials http://www.drrosedale.com/testimonials.html of people who were in your same situation before, and happy to share they are a lot healthier now.
