Protein Requirements for Pregnant Women

I'm currently pregnant and was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I just read the chapter on protein requirements but it looks like it applied to nonpregnant women. Is your recommendations still the same for pregnant women or are the protein requirements slightly different? Also, by following the Rosedale Diet, will it help reverse the gestational diabetes?

Thanks,
Judy

You can add 5g to 10g extra per day while pregnant and yes Dr. Ron's Diet will help with gestational diabetes.

There is some great reading here especially this one
