Juicing
About a week before my doctor suggested the Rosedale diet, I was looking at the Reboot Your Life program and actually purchased a juicer. I am starting Rosedale tomorrow, assuming my book arrives today, but in the meantime I'm hoping that I didn't waste my money on the juicer. Is there room anywhere in the Rosedale plan for any kind of juicing at some point after the first three weeks? Thanks!

I have never used a juicer before, I know that Ron jokes that if you are a juicer, eat the pulp and throw the juice as most of the nutrients are in the skin anyway. I am not sure you could even use it for vegetables to make soup, as it strips away all the fiber. I wonder I'd you could return it? As drinking sugar water is just not a good thing, ever.
