(Q) I'm wondering if you prescribe a certain number of carbs per day for people, or do you allow them to eat high-fiber low-carb foods like nuts and non-starchy vegetables to satiety?

(A) There is not a certain amount of carbs that Dr. Ron recommends. And yes, they are allowed to eat high-fiber low-carb foods like nuts and non-starchy vegetables to satiety.
