Hi,

I have a question regarding the so called superfood grains that have gained popularity in recent years. I would like to know are these any more acceptable in this eating plan which emphasises no grains?

Grains such as quinoa, chia, amaranth, freekeh, farro, buckwheat.

Would love it if someone could shed some light on this for me.

Thank you

    Hi Danni

rule of thumb carb minus fiber equals sugar.

The following may be of help

    Chia

    Chia Seeds

    Quinoa

    Amaranth

    Buckwheat

Do a web search for the other items you mention and remember: rule of thumb carb minus fiber equals sugar.
