Almond Milk
First of all let me thank you for taking time to read and answer this e-mail. My question regarding almond milk comes from countless hours reading and searching on the internet for clarification. Is "Silk - Pure Almond" milk a viable replacement for milk or should this too be avoided while I am pursuing the Rosedale Diet?

Hi Patrick.
Looking at the nutritional information of Silk- Pure Almond milk, I wouldn't classify it as being particularly healthy. It looks as if their focus is to provide a lower fat option, while largely ignoring the sugar. From what I can see, it is composed of around 37% fat, 6% protein, and nearly 60% sugars. One cup has 7g of sugar. If you must, having a single cup in the morning is probably ok, but it's not ideal.
Hope this helps. If you have further questions, feel free to ask.
Best of health,
