Herpes and arginine
I get occasional attacks of herpes and try to avoid arginine which is said to trigger attacks. So I need to, at least some of the time, not take the recommended daily arginine. Should I still take the carnitine? Any thoughts? Also increasing lysine helps avoid or deal with attacks so any thoughts on increasing this?

I can only answer from what I have heard with some friends, that they cut back the arginine for those reasons and upped the lysine. I also heard recently through Dr. Klinghardt about Rerum though it is quite expensive can have amazing results to strengthen the immune system. You will find with this way of eating that your body and immune will naturally get stronger and outbreaks will get less, as you body will be able to handle stress a lot better. Keep us posted on other remedies you hear of. This is not recommendation only sharing of information about other.
