Chaitra, you might try eliminating the spice for about 3 to 5 days.
What kind of gastric problems have you had before the diet?

Hi, when in was on normal diet (while i was eating rice, wheat) if I have
long gaps between my meals I used to get gastric problem... Right now i am
following Dr. Rosedale diet the first 21 days of which 11 days are over so
I am eating eggs in the morning and vegetables and dal in the afternoon
followed by salad in the evening without any commercial available dressing
and then dinner is same as lunch....
Thank you will try to eliminate spice and see..
Regards,
Chaitra

Are you used to eating that many veggies? Sometimes raw veggies or veggies in general are hard to digest. Smaller portions may help. I don't do well with lots of fiber. Can you get avocados? Very filling and easy to digest. I eat small chopped salads with avocado chunks and Evoo with some protein mixed in. Too many veggies or too fiberous ones cause issues for me.

Chaltra, Eat When You Are Hungry. Raw nuts properly soak overnight then oven dried may help with your gastric. Do get the book The Rpsedale Diet. It has lots of solutions. My 2 cents.
