How do I not exceed 20g protein for each meal?

When I look for nutritional information on protein amounts in grams for animal products, I find that it can vary quite a lot.
Would one medium chicken drumstick or chicken thigh without the skin exceed 20g of protein?

Some websites say that it would exceed 20g protein while others say that it is less than 20g.
Sometimes I cannot be sure just by using the deck of cards rule because it has a bone or it is irregular in shape. How do you make sure that you never exceed 20g of animal protein if it does not have a nutritional label? I am having difficulty determining this.

You will just have to practice the, visual deck of cards

You appear to be overly concerned about the protein John, this will in itself be confusing. Allow yourself to breathe you are too tense!! ...

What I did in the beginning was to take an empty deck of cards and put the meat in it.

    • You will learn and do not forget that you would need to count the protein in nuts as well.
