Coconut Oil
Just letting you know that on your website, you hail coconut oil as being a good fat, however in your Kindle book "The Rosedale Diet" under your list of foods in the sections A List, B List, C List etc. you actually steer clear of promoting coconut oil as you claim it is high in saturated fats (the very fats the Rosedale Diet is trying to steer clear of). Bit confused here. Feel there is a contradiction.
Could you please clarify this.
Thankyou.

That pertains to when one begins Dr. Ron's Diet. In the beginning it is easier for the body to start burning the unsaturated fat such as in olive oil. Once the body transitions to a fat burner then the coconut oil can be used.
Unsaturated fat helps one make the transition sooner.
Sorry for the confusion ...

Is this almond milk acceptable?

In my opinion, since there is no percentages given for each ingredient, I would say no.
When I view labels like the above I always think, "just a bunch of colored water".

I have heard there is less than 2% almonds in almond milk. Too many gums in that one for me. Looks pretty processed. I would make my own or just eat them.
