Rahul
Dr. Rosedale's Diet will be a tremendous help with your fatty liver and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
No need to avoid the food that Dr. Ron recommends.
It will take 3 to 5 weeks for the transition from a sugar/ non-fiber carb burner to a fat burner,
if Dr. Ron's recommendations are followed.
I too was having problems with fatty liver but not any more. Dr. Ron's Diet will work for you as it has thousands of others including me.
Wishing you the the best of health...

Hi Raul,
You might find it interesting and useful to look up the following name
on google. Dr Rex Newnham. He showed that Arthritis varies
inversely with the levels of boron in the soil.
Boron is an essential mineral to human health and it is lacking in most soils.
Eg
1. Jamiaca has no boron in the soil... and has 70% arthritis rates.
(even the dogs limp in Jamiaca)
2. In Isreal, average boron consumption is between 10 to 30 mg per day.
The isreali rate of Arthritis is 1/2%
But the conclusive evidence is that if you give boron supplements to
someone with arthritis.. they get better. That's the real convincer.
There are videos on this subject on youtube.
Best wishes
Sebastian
